Policy of Arriva Trains Wales/Trenau Arriva Cymru Limited ("Arriva Trains
Wales", "we" or "us"), part of Arriva plc. We are registered
in England and Wales under Company Number 04337645 and our Registered Office is
St. Mary’s House, 47 Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF10 5DJ. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act
1998 (the “Act”), we are the Data Controller.

with our terms of use and any documents
referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect
from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to

registration form all the personal information which you provide on our

4. Where we store
