  • Lost Property

    From 1st April 2017, we are supporting Rail Delivery Group in testing an innovative new lost property platform on behalf of the rail industry.

    If you have lost an item whilst travelling in the Arriva Trains Wales region, you will be able to search our database for your property online, set up alerts if your property hasn’t been found yet (it can take up to 10 working days for items to be recovered and logged in our database) and make a claim if you see your item listed. Once we have been able to verify that you are the rightful owner, payment of recovery fees will also be simplified through PayPal or with a credit/debit card, and shipping to an address of your choice will be available.

    As this is the first time this new innovation is being tested, we would value your feedback if you use it. Please use the rating system included in the platform to rate its ease of use and give us valuable insight into whether it could help improve our handling of lost property in the future.

    This pilot is being funded by Rail Delivery Group and tested by Arriva Trains Wales.
