Booking Assisted Travel with
Arriva Trains Wales

If you would like assistance when
making a journey, such as help with getting on
or off a train
or requesting a ramp for a wheelchair, please
contact our Assisted Travel team who will help you make the arrangements.
We will not require you
to give
more than 24 hours’ notice when booking, however you can book further
in advance if you prefer.
You can arrange assistance by one
