If you're collecting money for a registered charity, you can apply to collect at our stations. We also allow carol singing and seasonal music in December.
Applications to collect must be made by the charity and charities must ensure all their fundraisers at Arriva Trains Wales managed stations have been security-checked or hold a basic disclosure.
Our guidance outlines the principles we apply when deciding whether or not we can support a specific charity request. These principles ensure a fair and consistent approach.

We process requests once we’ve received your completed form. Please make sure we receive your application at least eight weeks before your planned collection date.
