Arriva Trains Wales is committed to providing an excellent quality of service to all our customers. We work to reduce social exclusion through a positive policy of improved access to our services for customers with disabilities and will work closely with our rail industry colleagues to achieve this where they are responsible for the provision or ownership of facilities.
Our aim is to maintain and where possible improve standards of accessibility available on our network.
You can download a pdf file of our guide Guide for Customers with Disabilities that details the services that customers with disabilities or special needs should expect when travelling with us, or download a copy of ATOC's leaflet Rail Travel Made Easy.
We will always do what we can if you need to travel at short notice, but if you can let us know your plans in advance, we will be able to help you more effectively.
You can download a pdf file of our guide, or obtain one at any of our staffed stations, by post or by telephoning 0870 9000 772.
In addition, our station information provides all the information you will need when planning your journey. Please be aware that lifts at some of our stations are only in operation during the hours the platforms are staffed.
