Large Groups
If you are planning to travel on one of our services as part of a group of 10 or more, just call our group travel department on: 0870 9000 767. We can then ensure that your group is catered for and deal with your booking in one transaction. We can also provide advice on all aspects of your journey with us.

GroupWales for small groups
If there are three to nine of you travelling together, you can save money by buying a GroupWales ticket, which gives each of you 25% off the full price ticket. You all get a ticket - you just need to travel together for your outward and return journeys.

GroupWales can be used for any journey where a Cheap Day or Standard Day (where no Cheap Day exists) Return is valid, with exactly the same conditions of travel, and is available throughout the Arriva Trains Wales network. However, on Standard Day Returns the offer is not available before 0930am. Monday to Friday.

You can buy GroupWales tickets at any station, National Rail Appointed Agent, or from the conductor on the train if you are travelling from an unstaffed station.
