• Filming Request at Stations - Please give us notice

Arriva Trains Wales manages and operates 244 stations in Wales and the border counties of England. 55 stations are staffed and 189 are un-staffed.

    Requests for staffed stations:
Unless for news agencies such as BBC, ITV, Sky or Radio Stations, filming requested with less than 5-7 working days notice cannot be guaranteed. We require at least 14 working days to process your film request.

This is to allow sufficient time for you to complete the necessary documentation and for us to consider the application, for the necessary Health & Safety accreditation to be issued and for supervision to be arranged where required.

Filming on staffed stations must take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
