Buy tickets:
Online
Train tickets can be purchased from the Arriva Trains Wales website or by visiting www.buytickets.arrivatrainswales.co.uk
Telephone
Buy tickets over the telephone. Please call 08709 000 773 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 9am and 5pm Sundays.
At the Station
You can also buy your train tickets from the station, by using a Ticket Vending Machine or at a Station
Ticket Office. Click here to view our Station list.
If there are no ticket purchasing facilities at the station (such as a
booking office or a ticket machine, or they are closed/out of service),
you may be able to buy your ticket on board the train.

Please note: Arriva Trains Wales working in conjunction with the Trainline are pleased to offer you the facility to buy your rail tickets online. Tickets purchased via this site will be provided by the Trainline, and not Arriva. Therefore, should you have any problems, please contact the Trainline directly.

Train times and fares
Train times can be accessed online, by telephone or at the station.
Train times can be accessed by either downloading a timetable as a PDF document or you can Print your own Timetable.
For train times and fares, please call the National Rail Enquiries Line on 08457 484 950 (Open 24 hours). If you would like to conduct your enquiry in Welsh, please call 08456 040 500.
You can also visit your local train station to pick up a printed
timetable or enquire at the booking office for train times and fares.
