The Welsh Government Concessionary Travel scheme will be operating again from the 1 October 2013 until the 31 March 2014. The schemes are:
Conwy Valley Line
Wrexham – Hawarden BridgeCambrian Coast (Machynlleth – Pwllheli)Heart of Wales
This scheme is available to holders of a Concessionary Travel Pass issued by Conwy and Gwynedd Councils. Pass holders will be eligible for free travel on all ATW services between Conwy Valley line between Blaenau Ffestiniog and Llandudno and on all ATW services between Llandudno Junction and Llandudno. This period commences from 1 October 2013 and terminates 31 March 2014.
Travel is permitted on the following stations:
Free travel is permitted between the stations listed below for holders of a Flintshire or Wrexham Pass. Please be aware that concessionary travel is not allowed on the 0731 Bidston to Wrexham service between Hawarden Bridge and Wrexham. This period commences from 1 October 2013 and terminates 31 March 2014.
Unlimited travel is permitted between the stations listed below from 1 October 2013 to 31 March 2014 for holders of the Gwynedd bus pass.

Unlimited travel is permitted between the stations listed below from 1 October 2013 to 31 March 2014. This scheme is available to holders of a Concessionary Travel Pass from the county of Powys and Carmarthenshire Councils. Holders of Swansea Local Authority issued passes boarding the Heart of Wales services at Pontardulais or any other station on the line of route are not entitled to free travel and are to be charged the correct fare for the journey being made..
