    There are a number of ways that you can buy tickets:

    Telephone IconBy Telephone
    Buy tickets over the telephone. Please call 08709 000 773 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 9am and 5pm Sundays. 

     

    Buy your train tickets online or by phone with Arriva Trains Wales, as there are no booking fees, no credit card or debit card fees and no delivery fees (except next day delivery). When you book with us, all you pay for is the price of your ticket.

    You can also buy your train tickets from the station, by using a Ticket Vending Machine or at a Station Ticket Office. Click here to view our Station list.



    Conductor IconIf you have not purchased your train ticket in advance, only then you may be able to buy your ticket on board the train.

    Please note:

    Buying Online: Arriva Trains Wales working in conjunction with the Trainline are pleased to offer you the facility to buy your rail tickets online. Tickets purchased via this site will be provided by The Trainline, and not Arriva. Therefore, should you have any problems, please contact The Trainline directly.

    Prepaid Debit Cards: We DO NOT accept Solo, Electron, or PrePaid Debit when purchasing tickets on the train or on a ticket vending machine. We do accept Solo, Electron and PrePaid Debit cards at the station ticket office.

    Personal Cheques: We DO NOT accept personal cheques as a method of payment for the purchase of rail tickets, season tickets or any other rail products at any of our ticket offices or on board our trains.
