    There are a number of ways that you can buy tickets:

    You can also buy your train tickets from the station, by using a Ticket Vending Machine** or at a Station Ticket Office. Click here to view our Station list.

    Conductor IconIf there are no ticket purchasing facilities at the station (such as a booking office or a ticket machine, or they are closed/out of service), you may be able to buy your ticket on board the train**.

     


    Telephone IconBy Telephone
    Buy tickets over the telephone. Please call 08709 000 773 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 9am and 5pm Sundays.

     

    Please note:

    *Arriva Trains Wales working in conjunction with the Trainline are pleased to offer you the facility to buy your rail tickets online.
    Tickets purchased via this site will be provided by the Trainline, and not Arriva. Therefore, should you have any problems, please contact the Trainline directly.

    **We DO NOT accept Solo, Electron or PrePaid Debit cards when purchasing tickets on the train or on a ticket vending machine. We do accept Solo, Electron and PrePaid Debit cards at the station ticket off
